Our aim is always to get service completed on all customer bikes as quickly as possible to ensure that our riders get the most out of their riding season. Sometimes we must order parts or the repair requires more time to properly address and we must keep a customer's bike for more than one day.
After receiving a phone call advising that repairs have been completed, customers are given five business days to come and retrieve their bike. If their bike is not picked up after five business days, customers will be charged a storage fee of $25.00 per week.
